~~Green apple Carpaccio- thinly sliced granny smith apples sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar drizzled with honey topped with goat cheese and raspberries that has a drizzle of sycillian lemon white balsamic reduction.

Entrees:

~~ Stuffed Rigatoni with chicken- Rigatonis stuffed with ricotta cheese tossed in a marinara sauce with diced up chicken, red onion and bacon baked in the oven topped with melted mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

~~Chicken Cream Pesto- chicken tenderloins tossed in our alfredo pesto sauce with red roasted peppers served over penne topped with shredded sharp provolone.
