~~Shrimp Florenza – shrimp sautéed in a butter wine garlic sauce with mushrooms, scallions, diced tomatoes, and sharp provolone cheese served over bruschetta bread.

~~Stuffed pepperdews- sweet but mildly spicy red peppers stuffed with goat cheese drizzled with balsamic fig reduction.

Entrees:

~~Clams Zuppa- little necks in the shell in a clam sauce over linguine; red or white.

~~Shrimp Parma- shrimp tossed in a marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, scallions, tomatoes and prosciutto served over penne topped with melted mozzarella cheese.
