~~Stuffed finger peppers- finger peppers stuffed with prosciutto and sharp provolone cheese drizzled with balsamic fig reduction

~~Mozzarella Capraise- thick slices of fresh buffalo mozzarella layered between vine ripe tomatoes with kalamata olives and fresh basil drizzled with olive oil.

Entrees-

~~New Zealand Rack of Lamb- A full rack of lamb drizzled with an herbal hollandaise sauce served with a side of asparagus.

~~Shrimp and lobster scampi- shrimp and lobster meat sautéed in a butter wine garlic sauce with scallions and red roasted peppers served over linguine.

~~Clams Zuppa- little necks in the shell in a clam sauce over linguine; red or white.
