~~ Cranberry, orange and arugula salad- Baby arugula tossed with blood orange infused olive oil and pineapple white balsamic vinegar topped with dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, sliced pineapples, pistachios, and goat cheese.

~~Sweet Asian Chili Fried Calamari and grilled pineapple topped with crushed pistachios and scallions served over fresh spinach.

Entrees:

~~Shrimp and Haddock Romana- shrimp and haddock baked in the oven topped with ritz cracker crumbs and mozzarella cheese garnished with red roasted peppers and scallions.

~~Baked Pork chops with potatoes and vinegar peppers- two pork chops baked slowly in the oven for 3 hours topped with sliced oven roasted red bliss potatoes and vinegar peppers.
