~~ Chicken Escarole and Bean


~~Stuffed buffalo mozzarella- fresh buffalo mozzarella stuffed with fresh basil, prosciutto, sun dried tomatoes topped with kalamata drizzled with balsamic fig reduction and olive oil.

~~Roasted yellow beets and red beets honey goat cheese baby arugula salad- Roasted yellow beets and honey goat cheese served over baby arugula topped with pistachio nuts and mandarin oranges tossed with olive oil and cranberry pear white balsamic vinegar.


~~Seafood Lasagna- shrimp, scallops, and lobster meat with ricotta and mozzarella cheese in a pink alfredo sauce.

~~ Stuffed Rigatoni with chicken- Rigatonis stuffed with ricotta cheese tossed in a marinara sauce with diced up chicken, red onion and bacon baked in the oven topped with melted mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

~~Clams Zuppa- little necks in the shell in a clam sauce over linguine; red or white.
