~~Green apple Carpaccio- thinly sliced granny smith apples sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar drizzled with honey topped with goat cheese and raspberries that has a drizzle of sycillian lemon white balsamic reduction.

~~Burrata and oven roasted tomatoes- a soft, silky ball of cheese served over pesto garnished with oven roasted tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and balsamic fig reduction.

Entrees:

~~Shrimp and scallop scampi- shrimp and scallops sautéed in a butter wine garlic sauce with scallions and red roasted peppers served over linguine.

~~ Stuffed Rigatoni with chicken- Rigatonis stuffed with ricotta cheese tossed in a marinara sauce with diced up chicken, red onion and bacon baked in the oven topped with melted mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

~~Clams Zuppa- little necks in the shell in a clam sauce over linguine; red or white.
