~~Stuffed Belgian Endives- Belgian endives stuffed with mandarin oranges, goat cheese, and pistachios drizzled with honey topped with fresh basil.

Entrees:

~~Shrimp Parma- shrimp tossed in a marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, scallions, tomatoes and prosciutto served over penne topped with melted mozzarella cheese.

~~Scallop and lobster scampi- Scallop and lobster meat sautéed with red roasted pepper, scallions and garlic in a butter wine sauce over linguine.
