~~Burrata and oven roasted tomatoes- a soft, silky ball of cheese served over pesto garnished with oven roasted tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and balsamic fig reduction.

~~ Shrimp Antonio- Shrimp sautéed in a sherry wine sauce with spinach and diced tomatoes and a mixture of gorgonzola mozzarella cheese served over field greens.

Entrees-

~~Shrimp Parma- shrimp tossed in a marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, scallions, tomatoes and prosciutto served over penne topped with melted mozzarella cheese.

~~Chicken Amanda- chicken tenderloins tossed with penne pasta and hot pepper rings served in a pink Alfredo sauce.
