~~Roasted yellow beets and red beets honey goat cheese baby arugula salad- Roasted yellow beets and honey goat cheese served over baby arugula topped with pistachio nuts and mandarin oranges tossed with olive oil and cranberry pear white balsamic vinegar.


~~Seafood Lasagna- shrimp, scallops, and lobster meat with ricotta and mozzarella cheese in a pink alfredo sauce.

~~Chicken Tribuzzio- Chicken sautéed in a garlic and olive oil with white wine and romano cheese tossed with yellow squash, tomatoes, hot pepper rings and black olives over linguine.
