~~Mozzarella Capraise- thick slices of fresh buffalo mozzarella layered between vine ripe tomatoes with kalamata olives and fresh basil drizzled with olive oil.

Entrees-

~~New Zealand Rack of Lamb- A full rack of lamb drizzled with an herbal hollandaise sauce served with a side of asparagus.

~~Seafood Lasagna – made with sea scallops, shrimp, and lobster meat in a pink alfredo sauce.

~~Shrimp Cream Pesto- shrimp tossed in our alfredo pesto sauce with red roasted peppers served over penne topped with shaved Parmesan cheese.
