~~Tuna Steak San Marzano- 8oz tuna steak pan tossed with red bell peppers and artichoke hearts in a fresh tomato basil sauce topped with a dusting of peccorino romano cheese.
~~Shrimp Parma- shrimp tossed in a marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, scallions, tomatoes and prosciutto served over penne topped with melted mozzarella cheese.
