~~Spinach salad- Baby spinach topped with dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, bacon, pistachios, and Gorgonzola cheese, served with a side of raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

~~Shrimp Florenza – shrimp sautéed in a butter wine garlic sauce with mushrooms, scallions, diced tomatoes, and sharp provolone cheese served over bruschetta bread.

Entrees-

~~ Stuffed Rigatoni with chicken- Rigatonis stuffed with ricotta cheese tossed in a marinara sauce with diced up chicken, red onion and bacon baked in the oven topped with melted mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

~~Shrimp and Haddock Romana- shrimp and haddock baked in the oven topped with ritz cracker crumbs and mozzarella cheese garnished with red roasted peppers and scallions.

~~Boneless beef short ribs with tomatoes and onion over cavatellis topped with shredded sharp provolone cheese.
