~~Burrata and oven roasted tomatoes- a soft, silky ball of cheese served over pesto garnished with oven roasted tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and balsamic fig reduction.

~~Pignoli Florentine- spinach sautéed in a garlic and olive oil with sundried tomatoes pignoli nuts and red onion served over eggplant topped with shredded provolone cheese.


~~Chicken Amanda- Chicken tenderloins tossed in a penne pink alfredo with banana peppers.

~~Clams Zuppa- little necks in the shell in a clam sauce over linguine; red or white.
