Appetizers-

~~Spinach Salad- spinach with mandarin oranges, bacon, thinly sliced almonds and gorgonzola cheese served with a side of raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

~~Stuffed pepperdews- sweet but mildly spicy red peppers stuffed with herbal cream cheese drizzled with balsamic fig reduction.

Entrees-

~~Chicken Amanda- chicken tenderloins tossed with penne pasta and hot pepper rings served in a pink Alfredo sauce.

~~Shrimp Parma- shrimp tossed in a marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, scallions, tomatoes and prosciutto served over penne topped with melted mozzarella cheese.

~~Clams Zuppa- little necks in the shell in a clam sauce over linguine; red or white.
