Entrees-

~~ Stuffed Rigatoni with chicken- Rigatonis stuffed with ricotta cheese tossed in a marinara sauce with diced up chicken, red onion and bacon baked in the oven topped with melted mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

~~New Zealand Rack of Lamb- A full rack of lamb drizzled with an herbal hollandaise sauce served with a side of asparagus.

~~Chicken Amanda – chicken tenderloins tossed with penne pasta and hot pepper rings with pink alfredo.
