~~Shrimp Florenza – shrimp sautéed in a butter wine garlic sauce with mushrooms, scallions, diced tomatoes, and sharp provolone cheese served over bruschetta bread.

~~Mozzarella Capraise- thick slices of fresh buffalo mozzarella layered between vine ripe tomatoes with kalamata olives and fresh basil drizzled with olive oil.

Entrees-
~~Chicken Parma- chicken tenderloins tossed in a marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, scallions, tomatoes and prosciutto served over penne topped with melted mozzerella cheese.

~~Stuffed sirloin- 20 oz sirloin butterflied and stuffed with shrimp, sundried tomatos, spinach and sharp provolone cheese served over alama mama mushrooms in a butter wine garlic sauce.
