~~Stuffed finger peppers- finger peppers stuffed with prosciutto and sharp provolone cheese drizzled with balsamic fig reduction.

~~Shrimp Florenza – shrimp sautéed in a butter wine garlic sauce with mushrooms, scallions, diced tomatoes, and sharp provolone cheese served over bruschetta bread.

Entrees:

~~Shrimp Parma- shrimp tossed in a marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, scallions, tomatoes and prosciutto served over penne topped with melted mozzarella cheese.

~~Veal Picatta- veal medallions hand pressed in a peccorino Romano cheese sautéed in a light butter olive oil and white wine with scallions and mushrooms.
