~~Roasted yellow beets and red beets honey goat cheese baby arugula salad- Roasted yellow beets and honey goat cheese served over baby arugula topped with pistachio nuts and mandarin oranges tossed with olive oil and cranberry pear white balsamic vinegar.

~~Stuffed finger peppers- finger peppers stuffed with prosciutto and sharp provolone cheese drizzled with balsamic fig reduction.


~~Steak Rooster- 18 oz ribeye sautéed in a butter wine garlic sauce with mushrooms, scallions, red roasted peppers, and red onion.

~~Baked scallops over penne pink- fresh sea scallops baked in the oven with ritz cracker crumbs and mozzerella cheese served over penne pink alfredo.
