Appetizers-
~~Stuffed pepperdews- sweet but mildly spicy red peppers stuffed with herbal cream cheese drizzled with balsamic fig reduction.

~~Mozzarella Capraise- thick slices of fresh buffalo mozzarella layered between vine ripe tomatoes with kalamata olives and fresh basil drizzled with olive oil.

Entrees-

~~Chicken Parma- chicken tenderloins tossed in a marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, scallions, tomatoes and prosciutto served over penne topped with melted mozzarella cheese.

~~Steak Rooster- 18 oz ribeye sautéed in a butter wine garlic sauce with mushrooms, scallions, red roasted peppers, and red onion.
