~~Stuffed finger peppers- finger peppers stuffed with prosciutto and sharp provolone cheese drizzled with balsamic fig reduction

~~Mozzarella Capraise- thick slices of fresh buffalo mozzarella layered between vine ripe tomatoes with kalamata olives and fresh basil drizzled with olive oil.

Entrees-

~~New Zealand Rack of Lamb- A full rack of lamb drizzled with an herbal hollandaise sauce served with a side of asparagus.

~~Steak Rooster- 18 oz ribeye sautéed in a butter wine garlic sauce with mushrooms, scallions, red roasted peppers, and red onion.

~~ Stuffed Rigatoni with chicken- Rigatonis stuffed with ricotta cheese tossed in a marinara sauce with diced up chicken, red onion and bacon baked in the oven topped with melted mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
