Spinach and Egg


~~ Spinach salad- Baby spinach topped with dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, bacon, pistachios, and Gorgonzola cheese, served with a side of raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

~~Stuffed pepperdews- sweet but mildly spicy red peppers stuffed with herbal cream cheese drizzled with balsamic fig reduction.


~~ Shrimp and lobster scampi- Shrimp and lobster meat sautéed with red roasted pepper, scallions and garlic in a butter wine sauce over linguine.

~~Boneless beef short ribs with tomatoes and onion over cavatellis topped with shredded sharp parmesan cheese.
