Appetizers-

~~Stuffed finger peppers- finger peppers stuffed with prosciutto and sharp provolone cheese drizzled with balsamic fig reduction.

~~Cranberry, orange and bacon arugula salad- Baby arugula tossed with olive oil and cranberry pear white balsamic vinegar topped with dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, bacon, pistachios, and Gorgonzola cheese.

Entrees-

~~Steak Rooster- 18 oz ribeye sautéed in a butter wine garlic sauce with mushrooms, scallions, red roasted peppers, and red onion.

~~Seafood Lasagna- shrimp, scallops, and lobster meat with ricotta and mozzarella cheese in a pink alfredo sauce.

~~Shrimp and Haddock Romana- shrimp and haddock baked in the oven topped with ritz cracker crumbs and mozzarella cheese garnished with red roasted peppers and scallions.
