Apps:

~~Cranberry, orange and arugula salad- Baby arugula tossed with blood orange infused olive oil and pineapple white balsamic vinegar topped with dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, pistachios, and goat cheese.

~~Green apple Carpaccio- thinly sliced granny smith apples sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar drizzled with honey topped with goat cheese and raspberries that has a drizzle of sycillian lemon white balsamic reduction.

Entrees:

~~Chicken Amanda- Chicken tenderloins tossed in a penne pink alfredo with banana peppers.

~~Boneless beef short ribs with red onion and scallions in a white wine beef demi glaze served over mashed potatoes and with a side of fried zucchini topped with red sauce and peccorini romano cheese.

~~Steak Rooster- 18 oz ribeye sautéed in a butter wine garlic sauce with mushrooms, scallions, red roasted peppers, and red onion.

~~Shrimp and calamari in a red sauce over linguine.
