~~ Chicken escarole and bean

Appetizers-

~~Stuffed finger peppers- finger peppers stuffed with prosciutto and sharp provolone cheese drizzled with balsamic fig reduction.

~~Lump Crab and yellow beets cocktail- Lump Crab with yellow beets tossed with cranberry pear white balsamic vinegar cocktail drizzled with arugula pesto.

Entrees-

~~Stuffed Rigatonis with chicken- rigatonis stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach tossed in a marinara sauce with red onion, bacon and diced up chicken baked in the oven topped with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

~~Chicken Parma- chicken tenderloins tossed in a marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, scallions, tomatoes and prosciutto served over penne topped with melted mozzerella cheese.

~~Clams Zuppa- little necks in the shell in a clam sauce over linguine; red or white.
