~~Chicken escarole and bean

Appetizers-

~~Stuffed pepperdews- sweet but mildly spicy red peppers stuffed with herbal cream cheese drizzled with balsamic fig reduction.

~~Roasted yellow beets and honey goat cheese baby arugula salad- Roasted yellow beets and honey goat cheese served over baby arugula topped with pistachio nuts and mandarin oranges tossed with olive oil and cranberry pear white balsamic vinegar.

Entrees-

~~Stuffed Rigatonis with chicken- rigatonis stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach tossed in a marinara sauce with red onion, bacon and diced up chicken baked in the oven topped with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

~~Shrimp and Haddock Romana- shrimp and haddock baked in the oven topped with ritz cracker crumbs and mozzarella cheese garnished with red roasted peppers and scallions.

~~Clams Zuppa- little necks in the shell in a clam sauce over linguine; red or white.
